Eudaimonia means “flourishing through virtuous action”, living in alignment with your highest self and purpose.
Eudaimonia isn’t just personal; it’s also relational. It means flourishing while contributing to the greater good.
By the way, this is what Thomas Jefferson meant by “the pursuit of happiness.” Not the pursuit of pleasure.
This is the ultimate goal of my coaching:
💠 ADHD Skills—harnessing your ADHD traits so you can use them for your benefit.
💠 Flow State—transforming Hyperfocus into Flow State, more commonly known as The Zone, is a key skill.
💠 Ethical Leadership—leading with integrity, the way leadership is supposed to be.
💠 Eudaimonia—bringing it all together for a life of flourishing while contributing to the greater good.
I was talking with Rory the other day, asking him to help me sum up my work into a single sentence.
He said the through-line of my work is, “You can take on the world if you’re not fighting yourself.”
That’s pretty good!
Amy-ing it up would be:
➡️ "You can change the world when you're fully aligned with yourself."
But why should you care? Especially with the world in the state that it’s in right now?
Because I believe we will get through this crisis era, and on the other side we will need all good people for the rebuilding. What I’m talking about is like after WWII when much of the world was rebuilt and international relationships were committed to. Only now the world is more connected so contributing to the greater good will have to include everyone.
What kind of world do you want to help build?
