Launch: ADHD Leadership Coaching

July 23, 20252 min read

I’m looking for two new clients to help me launch my ADHD leadership coaching program.

Last year I graduated from Thriving Coach Academy, an ICF-accredited program, while navigating some health challenges. As I focused on healing over the past year, I’ve been coaching pro bono and refining my niche.

Now that I’m healthy and energized again, I’m ready to launch the business side of my coaching career. And because this is the start of an exciting new chapter, I’m offering my coaching at an introductory rate.

But I’m not new to coaching ADHD leaders.

I used to own a fine dining restaurant with my husband. My absolute favorite part of ownership was developing people.

Our leadership philosophy was simple:
➡️ Hire the best people.
➡️ Give them everything they need to succeed.
➡️ Get out of their way so they can be awesome.

This approach allowed our team to take ownership of their work, build confidence, and develop the mindset needed to lead others. Many were promoted into leadership roles. Some went on to lead in other industries, and a few even started their own businesses.

I don’t know how many of them had ADHD, very few shared their diagnoses, but I’d guess most have ADHD. It kind of goes with the restaurant industry.

In my experience with my former employees, with my clients, and with my friends who are leaders, ADHD leaders have the creativity and empathy the world needs right now.

Here’s what you’ll get from my coaching:

Harness your creativity without burning out
Move from frenzied Hyperfocus to sustainable Flow
Build environments where people feel safe to innovate
Align your work with your natural rhythms and values
Become the boss you’ve always wanted to work for

The 21st century needs ADHD leaders.
I want to support and develop as many as I can.
